For 7 of those years, I served as a trainer and quality assurance officer for the bank’s customer service team, which enhanced my understanding of savings and debt management. This hands-on experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of financial well-being. My personal financial journey is a testament to the strategies I teach. I was able to pay off millions in personal debt, a feat that positioned me on a path of financial resilience. This accomplishment became especially valuable when I faced a layoff in 2024, enabling me to emerge stronger and more financially prepared.
